Blueberry-Lemonade Cocktail

It's blueberry season and what better way to enjoy them than pairing them with gin! This cocktail is perfect for those hot summer days and nights.

Blueberry-Lemonade Cocktail
serves 1

Ingredients
2-3 oz gin, depending on how strong you want your drink to be
1/2 oz St Germain
2 oz lemonade
1/2 cup blueberries
1-2 mint leaves

Instructions
Muddle blueberries and mint in a cocktail shaker. Add gin, St Germain and lemonade. Shake well to combine. Pour into a glass full of ice.

Options:
if you want a sweeter cocktail, add 1/2 ounce of simple syrup.

If you do not like the blueberry pulp in your drink, strain the liquid into the glass - you could even serve this straight up in a martini glass.

Not a gin fan? What is wrong with you?! OK, make this drink with vodka instead.

  1. Liking the sound of this!! And, agreed, what's wrong with people who don't like gin. It's definitely my liquor of choice!
