Gin-Grapefruit Cocktail

This cocktail is a mix of some of my favorite flavors - gin, St. Germain and grapefruit. It's a play on the Bohemian, one of my favorite - and an $8 bargain - martinis featured at Green St. Grill.

Gin Grapefruit Cocktail
serves 1


Ingredients
2 oz gin
1 oz St. Germain
3 oz pink grapefruit juice
2 dash orange bitters
soda water

Instructions
Juice grapefruit. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add gin, St. Germain, and grapefruit juice. Shake well and pour into a rocks glass. Add in two dashes of bitters and top with soda water. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
