Dirty Martini with Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives

Blue Cheese stuffed olives make a great addition to a cocktail but the store-bought brands can be pricey and are not very fresh. One very easy option is to make your own!

Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives

Ingredients
1 jar of quality olives
3 ounces blue cheese
1 Tbsp cream cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
salt & pepper

Instructions
Empty olive brine from jar and set aside. Remove olives from the jar and set on your workspace. Meanwhile, mix blue cheese, cream cheese, garlic, salt and pepper into a bowl. Once combined, place in either a pastry bag or a plastic bag with the corner snipped off. Pipe a small amount of the mixture into each olive. Once the olives are complete, put them back in the jar. Add the olives back to the jar and cover with the brine. Store the olives, in and air-tight jar, in the refrigerator for up to one month.

Classic Dirty Martini

3 blue cheese stuffed olives
